Anita Darling is the live-action adapation of Anita from the original 101 Dalmations film. She is featured in Cruella as a newspaper photographer & author. She is portrayed by Kirby Howell-Baptiste.
Anita went to school with Estella as a child as Estella protected her from bullies and they met once again at the Baroness's Black & White party. Estella eventually convinces Anita to photograph her work when in public and add it to the newspapers after discovering a dark truth about the Baroness.
Unlike her friend, Anita likes to keep everything at peace and is always grounded. She goes with the flow and does not have much impact by peer pressure unless it were to help the people she unconditionally loves or cares for.
